WEEK 5 Holiday WRAP UP (12/26-12/29)

For all the athletes who attended the holiday track workouts - Great Job!!  It's always important to keep yourself in shape and maintaining what you built throughout the holiday season, but more importantly is keeping yourself healthy.  Us coaches saw many athletes battling a lot of different types of sickness throughout the four days of practice. You NEED to keep yourself healthy!  Eat nutritiously,  drink fluids, get rest, and most important is sleep.  You can't perform at your best if you are not at your best.  
We hope you all had a great holiday and ready to continue the great work in track for 2018 - see you all tomorrow.  Remember our next meet is this Wednesday at BU.
