MEET LINE UP FOR THIS WEEK

Remember there are two meets this week: 

JV Meet #2  Thursday (4:00 p.m. @ N. South) 
Coaches Invitational Saturday (10:00 a.m. @ RLC)  - must qualify

If you aren't competing on Thursday there IS a scheduled practice - with Coach Rafuse. She will be running that practice.  She will have the jumpers / hurdlers / mid distance / distance workouts.  Shot put has the day off.
