Monday (5/7): 400/800 - 30 Minute Aqueduct Run - M/2M - 45 Minute Aqueduct Run - After Run Meet at Hot Dog Bridge - 400/800 - 6-8 x Cone Hill Repeats (Pick up speed at each cone) - Milers & 2 Milers 8 -10 x Cone Hill Repeats (Pick up speed at each cone) / DARDS before jogging back / 25 Situps / 50 Push ups
Tuesday (5/8): All 40 Minute Interval Tempo Run (1 Min Jog: 2 Min Tempo) / 6 x 100 Meter Stride Outs / Weight Room Phase 2 - Program 1
Wednesday (5/9): DCL 4 Meet (v. Weston & Waltham)
Thursday (5/10): All 40 Minute Interval Tempo Run (1 Min Jog: 3 Min Tempo) / 6 x 100 Meter Stride Outs / Weight Room Phase 2 - Program 2
Friday (5/11): 16 x 400 (Race Pace!!) / DARDS before doing body weight / 25 Sit Ups / 50 Push Ups / STRETCH
Saturday (5/12): Coaches Invitational or If you are not attending the meet 45 minute run
Sunday: OFF
