Monday (5/14): IF YOU ARE COMPETING IN THE DCL ALL LEAGUE MEET - YOUR WORKOUT - 400/800 - 200-300-400-300-200 (All Race Pace You Are Shooting for at the Meet - except the 400 - mid tempo) / Milers / 2 Milers - 400 - 600 - 1200 - 400 - 200 (All Race Pace You Are Shooting for at the meet except the 1200 - mid tempo) / DARDS before jogging back / 50 Situps / 25 Push ups
If you aren't competing in the DCL All League Meet - 16 x 400 Meter (Close to Race Pace - 1 Minute In Between - REST) - STRETCH
Tuesday (5/15): IF YOU ARE COMPETING TOMORROW - 20 Minute Interval Tempo Run (1 Min Jog: 2 Min Tempo) / 6 x 100 Meter Stride Outs / Weight Room Phase 2 - Program 1(LIGHT WEIGHT) / IF YOU AREN'T COMPETING TOMORROW - 40 Minute Interval Tempo Run (1 Min Jog: 3 Min Tempo) / 6 x 100 Meter Stride Outs / Weight Room Phase 2 - Program 2
Wednesday (5/16): DCL ALL LEAGUE MEET (Announced Monday if you are competing)
If you are not attending the DCL League Meet - 30-45 Minute Run - STRETCH
Thursday (5/17): IF YOU ARE COMPETING TOMORROW - 20 Minute Interval Tempo Run (1 Min Jog: 2 Min Tempo) / 6 x 100 Meter Stride Outs / Weight Room Phase 2 - Program 1(LIGHT WEIGHT) / IF YOU AREN'T COMPETING TOMORROW - 40 Minute Interval Tempo Run (1 Min Jog: 3 Min Tempo) / 6 x 100 Meter Stride Outs / Weight Room Phase 2 - Program 2
Friday (5/18): JV Meet (All Not Attending the DCL League Meet are required to go) If you aren't attending the JV Meet you will - 16 x 400 Meter (Close to Race Pace - 1 Minute In Between - Rest) - STRETCH
Saturday (5/19): 45 Minute Run
Sunday: OFF
