It was brought to my attention, by one of the athletes, that you should make the blog interesting to get everyone to look at it on a weekly basis. I thought to myself, wow this athlete is right, no one wants to check a boring blog just for information. So upon request, Mr. Matt Clayton, the Monday Meme is now tradition. Every Monday throughout the season there will be a new Monday Meme added to the site. Please feel free to send me your memes (track related only) for them to be posted.
